* 1 Pound of Pecans
* 1 egg white
* 1 T water
* 1C sugar
* 1t salt
* 1t cinnamon
mix the white, water, sugar, salt and cinnamon
pour over pecans and spread on cookie sheet
bake 300 for 30 minutes
STIR EVERY 10 MINUTES
