Some Brown Sugar
Little Salt
Lemon sliced
Strip of bacon
Aluminum Foil
Pepper
take the fillets, sprinkle with brown sugar, pepper, salt, add slice of bacon and lemon slices. Put fillets together, wrap i aluminum foil and toss the grill for 20 minutes.
